My suggestion... although it may be amateur, is the last week of the financial year is not the best time to make a definite decision or analysis of what your company is doing or how it's performing.
Its pretty painful, i know, but im fully expecting to cop another pineapple tomorrow and it isnt going to change at the very least until some time into July.
Just know that you are not on your own and it aint going to stay this way, IMO
Go give BOT a spray on the "Winter is Coming" thread.
