The OTA is a make or break deal, if they get this wrong in terms of pricing then its all over.
I get why it takes time, but the process could have started with an MOU 12 months prior - and then moved to agreement after that once a clearer picture of volume became available.
If we are shipping under an OTA in July, and the OTA is not signed off yet, this is down to the wire and the negotiating pressure is on SYA to make a deal, and that's when mistakes are made.
Fingers crossed I am holding for now.
