I have no other Explanation other than PLL is dragging their feet so that they can keep the deal as long as possible. However, I do believe that Sayona is drilling feverishly at Nal to change this.
My take has always been to go hard on the carbonate plant
That is the money maker, no study will change my opinion on this.
