if it is LG, and that is the obvious play because of tthe synergies and there is no other supporting deal, you would have to question why it's taken so long. other than to suppress the SP for as long as possible to help shorters.
For the SP to really get going we need a long term strategic deal with funding for the northern and southern hubs
NAL pathway is set in stone for 3 years to benfit PLL . Anything produced outside of NAL will benefit SYA
