The past 8 month have not been great for holder, and those that bought around the 30c are definitely not happy.

No they haven't been but the previous 2 years were spectacular and unsustainable at that rate, some have short term memories and forget that 8 months ago the price of Lithium was almost twice what it is now, expecting that drop not to have a big effect on the shareprice of a Lithium Concentrate producer especially coming of a hype induced rally is simply unrealistic.

There is an element of luck and timing when you buy a share, but when you buy and at what price is not the companies concern, their job is where the shareprice may end up years down the road.
Being underwater with a share is not an uncommon experience, I'm underwater with SYA myself but the only option is sell at a loss or wait, bashing the company you have shares in because things aren't going the way you expected is not a senslble option IMO..
