I disagree with you an OTA for 3 years of 113kt at $3600 is an OTA for about $400,000,000 PA or or 1.2Billion revenue over 3 years. I think that would have some impact.
Yes it would be nice to have some funding for Carbonate and Hydroxide plants too but the above would be a good start in its own right.
