Let's face it, depending on how you are wired and what level of FA you have done there are a few options as to why we have not had an OTA ANN. In my mind they could the following (not an exhaustive list):

A. The OTA deal is complex and amazing and needs more time to unpack/finalise- ie. just prior to shipment
B. The OTA is shite and the info will to be shared post the EGM voting, for fear of a revolt
C. A buyout is nearing and the OTA is part of a deal
D. The internal operations are worse than we thought and we will get an ANN when they can be bothered

My stance is still A, but the 'dark side' in me says to keep all options open.
