6. A $169m cap raise out of the blue that is funding a grab bag of items rather than being focused into carbonate. Conveniently taken when the SP was finally seeing some growth.
7. A $31m greedy cap raise that needs an EGM keeping the SP at 18c for the last 6 weeks.
8. Directors trying to gift themselves free shares when the SP has sat stagnant for a year.
9. Consistently late announcements to the market with our product shipping in days with no OTA.

Shareholders are of course going to be pissed off with the performance of the BOD more interested in long lunches and free shares than delivering returns for holders.
