It isn't an insult, it's a fact.
It is absolutely reckless to make the claim that everything is okay when it clearly is not. An OTA was promised long ago, no clarification was given. Spod was suppose to be shipped this month but there has been no update on that front other than 28,000 tons of spod being at the port of Quebec when the rail contract calls for it to be delivered to the port of Trois Rivieres.
I will call out unsubstantiated information every time I see it. This is an investment forum, and people's money are at stake.
