That is to late. The majority has voted by proxy.
Even if the "no" will not be the majority to stop BOD, the Nay-sayer will give the management the shot across the bow that these gentlemen now need.
Monday's vote is not on the lifetime performance of a Paul Crawford or Brett Lynch, but on performance since the last AGM and nothing else.
