Yes when there is demand for your product its not difficult to execute an OTA but when you only need to have an OTA to meet shipping requirements then why sign it earlier if you have more than one party in play, it may make some shareholders happy having it behind us earlier but the content of the deal superceedes individual shareholders impatience IMO
A Spot market or auction type deal is getting bandied about and thats always a possibility and it could also be separate from other options being considered ,we will find out but the first priority is getting a shipment out and revenue in and if there are more arrangements specific to funding, the carbonate plant , Amos or Moblan later thats fine. Very much looking forward to what transpires be it left field or bog standard, revenue is the first priority for a startup IMO.
Whatever comes out will start another round of speculation regardless...
