yeh the typical t and cs get out of jail card when you dont deliver. thats the technical response to these situations. There is an element of trust and open commuincation that has taken a back seat. these are critical for shareholders. if the company came back to shareholders and said read the disclaimer that wouldnt go down well on so many levels so using that is literally that, a get out of jail card
