Adding to your comments, SYA has made it clear in their assertions/presentations that during the ramp-up stage, the current stage, production will be split equally between PLL and SYA. Post ramp-up, the production will be split pro-rata until PLL gets, at negotiated price, the greater of 113,000 tons or 50% of NAL annual production. As soon as the NAL carbonate plant is commissioned the provisional OTA with PLL terminates.
