I think it's wise in this current global climate to not cut it too fine with project forecasts.
There is a strong financial incentive for SYAQ to make it happen sooner rather than later, so any suggestion that any favours being done for PLL to stall would be extremely disappointing for not only the SYA shareholders but to the JV and the government.
