Good to see you are doing well however you have gone away from the original point.
We were talking about people getting bonuses. People who have been in this company for several years have done quite well and are happy for bonuses to be handed out to board members because of previous years. If you take into account over the 22/23 financial year you look at your SYA account and you see no profit and people are asking for bonuses you must think FO. What that tells them is maybe they should have done things a bit quicker and worked a bit harder to see results within that period. I had an annual $52 million budget @ --% profit if I didn't make that profit for the shareholders then my bonus was not given. Bear in mind this company is a multi billion dollar company so my department was quite small compared to others. It taught me to show results because when I didn't get my bonus none of my underlings got one either and that doesn't make you a popular person.
