Fair question and really I don't mean to be as mean as it seems. I'm frustrated with both the company and SH but i'm completely part of that too so I'm frustrated with myself as well. It's frustrating because i feel like they could've used the goodwill of retail to raise a lot of money to do something smaller and more cost effective. Imagine for example if they couldve raised modest but good cash from NAL to fund a really great WA project. It really bugs me the constant JV thing. It feels like less of that could perhaps be simpler and more effective.I'm certainly not saying i have a clue right. But theres this pervasive lets get bigger and bigger mantra that keeps going on and on when really something more modest is just smarter i think or at least maybe a chance to change the conversation.
