Any chance they stall the OTA or other type of agreement by letting go of 100% of this shipment to PLL and then taking the full benefit on the next shipment?

Anythings possible, it's the first year of a new era , I have raised this point before but IMO its unlikely and could just as easily be the other way round...but for that to happen it requires PLL's OT partners being ready to receive it. It matters little, the only requirement is to get our share over any given year at the best price possible.

Although our OTA with PLL is for a set amount a year relative to production, it doesn't mean it has to go in equal shipments although it likely will...if your clients would prefer less at the start and more at the end of the first year of the contract then it would likely be accommodated..

Wait and you will find out , life in building a company is all about waiting IMO, you get something and then wait for the next something...
