Would definitely make sense for the radio silence at the moment due to sensitive negotiations. The recent cash raise would have been for the BOD to urgently raise funds to acquire Amos once negotiations with current paper mill owners concluded.
If it's true it would be massive... and would be a great step to getting rid of PLL's woeful OTA sooner.
