There would be many allied employment opportunities to come out of repurposing the mill, plus an injection of new ones specific to refining lithium.
I am sure the Mayor would love anything that provides a lifeline to the towns workforce.
When it reaches it’s full potential, the refinery may dwarf the economic impact on the town than that of the old mill.
