Yes that is right, I for one was called in reference to receiving my voting papers.
I ask them to re email me, which they did
It was easy enough to vote and did so ..... NO for all our holdings.
So, I guess by this they did know it was going to be big no and were calling some big holders that had not voted and request them.
Some others here would have got a call as well. Our call was on the Tuesday before the AGM.
They should have pulled the 1 and 2 items for these shares to BL and Crawford before the meeting. They knew what was coming and yet decided not to pull them. Make what you will of that. But I am NOT impressed.
