BOD are there to oversee Strategy, CAPEX , OPEX , Stakeholder consultation (that's us) and Market information(that's us). The personnel are doing what they do, that is mining and achieving nameplate at minimum, maintaining the Plant and ensuring Production. The only failures have been those disclosures (other than those over a beer) and the Statements released by Board Members. Hmmm, First strike - that's already too kind.
