Yep... I did find out they don't post names of those applying, only those awarded. So i wonder how the conversation will go with the monitor.
Monitor - "So I see you will be using funds from the US government to help fund your bid, how much is that again?"
EMC - "Um well you see we applied in January and we don't really know yet".
Monitor - "Ok, I see, so when do you expect an answer"
EMC - "Well they say between 6 and 8 months on their website, but it could be longer because of COVID".
Monitor - "Shredding your bid now, next in line please".
