I agree with much of what you say Whisky. I'm sure they consider themselves to be undertaking that strategic function. The business objectives, however, in the last annual report haven't been realized (ie they haven't enhanced shareholder value). The board is made up of directors mostly skilled in mining management (ie they are of similar backgrounds). The OTA talked about for so long hasn't come about as expected (ie revert to the spot market). And yes, I acknowledge all of the positive points made about the growth to date - I'm just looking to the future plans on the revenue side.

Game changing announcements that give a real kick along to shareholder value follows on from transparent quantifiable deals made, strategic alliances & joint ventures formed and reported results.

Lets see what the next few months bring.
