I hear you, it would be nice if no one (especially directors ) were allowed to sell their stock until an agreed milestone/kpi was achieved, however, that is not how it rolls in the real world, if you need the dough, you need the dough, director or not.

As for dilution of shares, as we all know all companies in the growth stage usually have little choice during this period but to carry out CRs, admittedly these are sometimes handled or executed poorly imo, however, they are required in order to grow the business, for the greater long term good of all SH aimo.
