Untrustworthy, Greedy, Misleading BOD, A personal opinion by quite a few, but un-imageable to many, that HE has actually delivered everything and more.
ON TIME, ON BUDGET, Oh and did I mention we put product to market and is being delivered.

Given what is going on with a lot of others, we are actually doing amazingly well with Bankable assets in Fantastic locations
