A valuation below brick and mortar just doesn't make sense, unless the expected future liabilities exceed our expected future income, which then impacts on our current baseline "brick and mortar" value? But even if this were to be true, it is only expected to be "relatively" short term, and I thought the markets were meant to be forward looking.
So many questions.
Maybe it is just a tree shake, to get the retail ratio down?
I take my hat of to those of you that do this for a living. I'm not designed for stress.
