Part of the share price fluctuation will be due to our exposure to market pricing at present which is still very much on the decline specifically for spodumene.

As management has no further news on the offtake that was expected in the coming weeks back in April and now we are going to Auction. As price of spod declines so too will our expected EPS and some who invest on part of this notion may sell down a % of their holding.

Would not be surprised if over the next week or so we may see the significant change in holding again hopefully with the return of some of the 458M shares to State Street from the various institutions.

One cant help but wonder if this is a strategic decline for a potential hostile takeover. Who else has come online thats producing spodumene in North America of late? The sharks are likely circling.

Production ramp up with no issues
Moblan resource almost 5 times what it previously was.
Income imminent.

Yet price keeps going down significantly. Perhaps some retail holders are jumping ship, perhaps some stop losses triggered, seems the market is overall spooked on SYA as no other huge declines from any others in the lithium space today. That being the case, it appears to be targeted when other peers have days with little to no movement.

I guess this is a pick the bottom point and atm people are racing to it.

Just remember the turn point can come just as fast if not faster than the dip. Especially given this stocks volatility.
