Personally I'll be dumping my shares when the market opens, I'm just not happy about that sort of discount off the current price, once the details are out if the institution has the right to sell, they can just dump on all of us in retail for an instant profit, SYA doesn't care about the short-term as long as they get their 50 million to finalize the deal. That being said 1 month from now they'll probably be back above 10c.
