Yep . Spot on mate. And if I could just illustrate that a bit more with this Clip......But yeah ......ALL the pumpers telling us how insignificant the ' NO ' vote would be and that Management was deserving of these gratuitous handouts when they themselves acknowledged they were NOT in line with ' Best Practise ' BOD remuneration policies......
