MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES• Is responsible for supervising and coordinating project activities at the Moblan site and at the Chibougamau office with the teams.• Supports and acts as a change agent for the implementation of best management practices in terms of health and safety, environment, social impact and during construction activities.• Facilitates and engages in exchanges with various stakeholders and local partners to develop and carry out project activities and to develop structuring initiatives for the community• Act as Sayona's main resource of authority for various teams and project representatives, including consulting firms involved in projects• Anticipates problem situations to support and advise teams• Challenge the status quo of the company's processes and ways of doing things by proposing innovative and facilitating solutions in the context of projects developed mainly in traditional mode.• Participate in the development of project execution strategies.• All other related tasks.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED• At least 15 years' experience in project management and construction• Relevant technical training• Be familiar with and have been involved in community and stakeholder relations.Willing to work a flexible sc• hedule, the incumbent will be required to travel to the Montreal office, Chibougamau, Abitibi, or elsewhere, as needed.
