OK, so lets begin:
1) He has gorged himself on bonus shares, cleaning out the trough BIG TIME
2) He had pandered to the insets and sophs with the 18c CR
3) He has given grassroots investors - retail - mums and dads the BIG FINGER
4) His communications are minimal, except for "quotation of new shares" and "cleansing notices", which there are aplenty
5) He is issuing NEW shares as if they were lollies in a kindergarten
6) In response to the Res 1&2 backlash, he has chosen to appoint a remuneration consultant - more expense - who will quite naturally support his "snout in the trough" activities cos he is they employer!
