In a take over scenario we would get an offensive premium on our shares, we would loose out. A JV with a North American OEM or cathode producer would be an absolute game changer. In my view its almost impossible for these large companies to not be in talks with Sayona as we speak. Not only do they desperately want IRA lithium they prefer it produced domestically rather then from IRA signatory countries and there isn't many options. My bet is GM will be involved.
