This is an interesting question. Did anyone get a copy of the offer for the 0.18c raise? It would be interesting to see what was promised.
Potentially they were also told an OTA was incoming and the BoD thought it would be worth offering the discounted raise as the SP would bounce well on the news. Question is why didn't the OTA come and did it fall over?
