This announcement relates to CAM- Cathode active materials. it refers to Oxides being supplied. Carbonate isn't mentioned and my guess is that SYA are ear marked for carbonate supply and that 50% of Moblan
is going to attract a recindable loan just like like that $322M they are handing out. This is good news - it's shows the government means business- qubec is firmly on map now.
