Of all the car makers in the US... I think that GM would be our best hope as Mary Barra has a much bigger vision and drive to fully transition out of ICE car production. She has hired some of the best minds to head up software development rather than hardware design because she knows the future will be electric autonomous cars. The Jetsons will eventually become a reality.

Tesla is not a good option for SYA as Elon is unstable and will crunch SYA down to the cents with negotiations.

VW has pretty much advanced their plant building commitment in Ontario so they won't get any support from the Quebec government.

Maybe the likes of a Korean like Hyundai or Kia could set up shop and production in Quebec. They get their batteries from SK On.

Anyway... the delays from our incompetent BOD will basically leave us standing at the docks with rotting Li as our competition are sailing down the river to bigger pastures. All IMO and DYOR.
