I will never forget a lesson my uncle taught me.
There was a group of bullies in the playground, picking on some innocent kids. My uncle would leaned over his shoulder and asked me, “Can you identity the REAL bullies in the group? I answered, “That’s easy, and pointed to those loud and aggressive boys doing the bullying”
He said “Wrong”, look again and pay careful attention to the back kid. It was actually the person standing at the back, very calm and unrecognisable within the pack.
He than went further to let me know. The bullies are not the aggressive one, they are actually are being used, they are scared and generally don’t know how to express themselves. All they want is to get attention, but deep inside they are a lost soul.
