Lithium is an entirely different beast. Basically all refining is done in China meaning they control the price. Wait until the US/Korea/Europe start refining and prices will go up as the market will become more transparent. Demand for Lithium is hot and you have big companies like CATL with a vested interest in keeping the price low.
Nothing from China is transparent and the government controls everything.
