A month or more ago I suggested tolling was something they might consider.
I said something along the lines that it could be away of ensuring IRA compliance.
I believe 60% (for now) of the battery’s processing and assembly needs to be done in the US or in approved countries.
Tolling would be a way of ensuring the finished product will end up in the US.
For a while, PLS was tolling some of their product but it was pre-IRA.
