This just speeds the process up. He makes no difference to the company and the supply of lithium. You can replace a CEO whenever you want and if you have a good company and product it doesn't matter. This is one of the lithium dogs and nowhere near the quality of PLS. Once SYA gets down to around 5c they can start fresh and rebuild with a new CEO and try ride the next lithium boom in 2-3 years. Sorry guys but this is REALITY
