Sayona's share price has fallen 60% over the last three months. We were lied to at the EGM and the only thing that has been achieved and communicated was the allocation of the BOD's free shares.
There has been a Major fck-up , we should have been in a Trading Halt, we should be in a Trading Halt right now. Once disclosed I will be looking at a Class Action against all Directors.
