If you look carefully it actually says within 5 days of shipment DOCUMENTATION being received...not the ship itself.

So it's entirely possible that from Aug 2 the docs were sent, received and provisional payment made by now. They are perhaps not announcing the end price because that will be finalised after the customer confirms the grade, say in about a month's time. Hopefully before the cutoff for the Quarterly.

So it could be that everything is going along pretty much how they said, even though they have that Sayona way of sounding like they're not saying something.
