Where I live there's a few electric cars around, my wife drives one. There's 3 reasons I bought it for her, I got $9,000 back from the government, she doesn't drive very far, and she hates going to the gas station. Otherwise she'd be driving a petrol car.
Predictions are easy to make but hardly any any come true, a bit like flying cars (1950), has oil run out by the year 2,000 as predicted by the 'experts'?
How about the ozone layer disappearing, water running out, the ice caps melting, running out of gold, silver and other elements?
It's all a load of bollocks. Technology's changing so fast that Li cars will probably be surpassed by a new technology, there's also Li mines opening up worldwide.
