    Gentlemen and ladies - I love these opportunities that present themselves from time to time. A down trending stock comes out with a shocker of an announcement. The shorters smile quietly to themselves as the panic sets in. The " I told you so" downrampers emerge from under their rocks in HC and it is game on For me , those are my buy signals. See CHN also
