Im no expert but that price would've been agreed and signed at market rate by the company or exchange (was it the Shanghai metals market) that was listed in the announcement long before loading the ship at approx $3,500 a tonne? you wouldn't ship the product without it sold in principle for the amount agreed before the ship was loaded... regardless of if the price has dropped by a few hundred per tonne since
