Mate , if I was you I would reconsider leaving. At the very least I would choose another subject for your High School assignment and go back to the library and get a different book.

Because it doesn't seem to be helping you much.

Running around Hot Copper calling selected stock prices down ..... based on ' Bubble ' this , and ' Bubbles ' that , .... and then getting them considerably wrong.

So to me it certainly doesn't seem the right approach to earning you an A+ on your thesis ....or even a passing grade for that matter.

And I'd take a 12.5% gain on a ' Goldie ' in 2 weeks on a BIG position any day of the week.

I mean what is your purpose of your assignment ? Is it to discourage people from investing or to give them inaccurate information so as to NOT make them money ....? .........Because I'm a bit confused

Wouldn't you be better taking on a subject you can actually make a positive difference on an assignment like solving Australia's housing affordability as I understand its the worst in a decade. But stock market isn't the worst is it ?... Perhaps tackling other' bubbles might be more go or even your skill set ....than say commenting on individual stocks , sectors or markets you know anything about.
