Nah. Something else going on here for sure. Came on the scene downramping 4 stocks on virtually the exact same day ( give or take ) .

You'll find it was the 24th July with Sayona , same with ZIP and FMG and BHP ( which he gave up on very quickly ) on the 23rd July.

With Sayona and ZIP , the theme of his very first posts were almost identical in that they were a direct attack on the Management handing out the so-called ' Freebies ' in shares. So whether there is some large shareholder connections to those Management ' Freebies ' issued to BOTH of those companies as being the reasons and the connection of #666 is an interesting proposition.

So that was virtually the very day before the ASX directors change of notice and just a week after they posted the result of the shareholders meeting approving the shares.

With ZIP it was 4 days after its Quarter 4 financial results on the 20th July and before its EGM approving previous placements of shares as well as acquisition issuance's which took place on the 31st July.

So there is definitely a purposeful ' Intent ' to down ramp these 4 stocks which I don't think is simply coming from an Individual's portfolio perspective.

So if you were looking for a ' smoking gun ' , I would have to think it is potentially some backlash from a potential LARGE holder or nominee company who is perhaps involved in these sorts of investing strategies - ie even some of the coordinated and concentrated short attacks etc..

A couple of institutions that come to mind straight away here if you study his posts more closely are JP Morgan as well as Superhero Nominees. So not only is there this connection of common shareholders here with Larry Diamond founder and now CEO of ZIP ( US ) and former CEO of Australia ALSO being significantly invested in Superhero ....., and who are Top 20 shareholders in BOTH ZIP and Sayona ,...... You also then have the not to be mistaken Jamie Dimon , CEO of JP Morgan who have been in and out of ZIP that many times along with Bank of America and who are currently still a Top 20 holder in ZIP . So you can see these in and out moves with JP Morgan as well as Bank of AMerica with regards to the Sayona register as well.

Not that it means anything too much , but JP Morgan are also Top 20 holders on BOTH BHP & FMG with one of this posters posts directing ( you'll have to find which one ) ......which directs his ' non believers ' of his targeted propaganda to go to this indiscriminate unknown investing website for ' market tipsters who go onto quote some of JP Morgan's calls......

So there is definitely some ' angle ' here which constitutes more than a mere interest from a one off investor who's concerned about his or others portfolio and certainly is something I believe warrants a further look into by ASIC and or even APRA in terms of this poster's real intent and financial activities.

I would agree though that at the very least , Hot Copper should investigate into whether this potentially banned previous poster has simply been recycled into this new persona with what looks to be a very specific agenda .

And because it would definitely appear that this poster is colluding with others on this common narrative of Sayona out of ALL the lithium stocks out there is the only one who is purportedly in a ' Bubble ' like Crypto ......and BNPL. Convenient , I would say YES ....a little too convenient to be almost ALIKE .

Anyway , they didn't last long on either the BHP or FMG forum ....and not surprised as he got it way wrong with BHP and seemed to be more interested in manipulating the natural ' Dividend ' strip retrace that occurs when a share price gives back the value of the dividend plus franking credit immediately after it goes Ex dividend.

So this is another reason that it may be worthwhile getting APRA or even the ATO to have a look at this particular poster's intent and purpose - ie to see if he is compliant with the ATO's 45 day rule on dividend stripping.

Nevertheless , there is something definitely ALL WRONG about this poster ......And when I say ALL WRONG , I mean in terms of illicit or illegal goings on.

Apart from that bit of background sharing , and for all those Fathers out there , I hope you all had as wonderful a Father's Day as I did here in Sunny Melbourne today.
