I'm leaning towards this as well. BL did mention that he wanted to partner with a tier 1 willing to build out the carbonate plant and develop Moblan, which to me felt like too much of an undertaking and to big a risk.
I think we are better off with one tier 1 for NAL/carbonate, another tier 1 for Moblan.
