Another thing that KP says at the 22:10 mark is that he believes that Piedmont will keep supplying LG/Tesla with NAL spod through 2027. If you go back and read my post #69601087 on 8/29/2023, I quoted that under the agreement for JV for NAL, they were COMMITTED to go downstream to either carbonate or Hydroxide in Quebec in 5 years. That is roughly May 2026. Something doesn't jive here. Either going downstream in the JV for NAL is a requirement under the court decision or it isn't.
I believe I heard KP in another interview on the same channel that he said the deal was indefinite.
I am hoping that BL left because it was taking to long to get up & running a half built carbonate plant at NAL. Why is this taking so long. Tesla, CATL, and others can build a hydroxide plant in under 2 years but we can't get a half built one completed till 2027????? I'm still scratching my head.
