The bloke come in sacked half the maintenance workforce in his first year and continued to sack others such as hostesses ground crews and then re hired cheaper labour all whilst increasing his own wage and Qantas was making money head over foot way before he arrived, oh yeh and good to see Qantas robbing people by way of selling tickets getting hand outs from the government's kitty and the turd gets over 24 million for it whilst running out the door..... yes gotta love how the Corporates are allowed to stiff everyone and get away with it, funny no.
