Unfortunately the deal with PLL is rock solid. It will only be changes if PLL agree and that will cost SYA. The only way is to get the chemical plant up and going FAST!!! Have they actually done any work or are they scrathing their ba11s.
One question please. If we process Troilus product at NAL, does PLL get half of that at $900/t as well?
